Comverge, Inc. (NASDAQ: COMV) was today downgraded by Ardour Capital to Hold from Buy, and reduced their price target to $11.50 from $17. COMV is now down 4.81% at $10.09. In the last six months, COMV is up only 3%.
Chordiant Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRD) was today downgraded by Wedbush Morgan to Neutral from Out Perform and reduced its price target from $4.75 to $3.50. Now, CHRD is down 9.16% to $2.92.
Verisign, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN) fell 1.23% to $21.61 on 1.45 million shares after Wedbush Morgan downgraded VRSN to Neutral from Outperform and also reduced its price target from $25 to $23.
CSX Corporation (NYSE: CSX) fell 1.30% to $48.46 on 834K shares in the morning trading hours. Today Stifel Nicolaus downgraded CSX to Hold from Buy. So far this year, CSX gained over 49%.
Bank of Florida Corporation (NASDAQ: BOFL) plummeted 19.60% to $0.800 after Stifel Nicolaus downgraded BOFL to Sell from Buy. BOFL also made a 52 week low at $0.68.

As Twilight tweens screamed to see another gory story at the box office S&P 500 equities endured their worst bloodbath of the month. This after the Big Board’s opening bell was rung by big wigs at a Beijing based blood bank. CSX (NYSE: CSX) closed yesterday at $49.14. So far the stock has hit a 52-week low of $20.70 and 52-week high of $50.15. CSX stock has been showing support around 48.17 and resistance in the 50.29 range.
