Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S) is a telecommunications company, offering both wireless and wireline products and services under the Sprint umbrella brand, which consists of Sprint, Nextel, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Assurance Wireless sub-brands. Sprint's business is organized into several segments--wireless, wireline, network infrastructure, CMDA network, and iDEN network.
