Toll Brothers (TOL), Lennar (LEN) and PulteGroup (PHM) rose in early afternoon trading as investors expect the Federal Reserve to increase its bond buying program on Wednesday. The market expects the Fed to ramp up its bond buying volume, raising hopes of more support for the housing sector.
