MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were Titanium Metals (NYSE:TIE) SPDR S&P 500 ETF (NYSEARCA:SPY) and SPDR EURO STOXX 50 (NYSEARCA:FEZ) as of 9:25 a.m. EST. Investors traded 5.11 million shares of Titanium Metals which was up $4.99 or 43.13%. Precision Castparts Corp (NYSE:PCP) will buy Titanium Metals for $16.50 per share which is a 44% premium to Titanium's closing stock price on this past Thursday.
