Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the Proshares UltraShort 20+ Year Treasury (TBT), which shed 145,387,500 shares, or a 75.7% decrease week over week. And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the Proshares UltraShort S&P500 (SDS), which lost 106,087,500 of its shares, for a whopping 75.2% decline in outstanding shares.
